This is by far (in my humble opinion) the easiest recipe ever! It's pretty damn tasty too! I just ate four of these bad boys for dinner! You can make this the easy way, or the easier way. I'll show you both!
Crockpot Method:
Place 3-4 chicken breasts in the bottom of crock pot. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, and a dash of red pepper flakes (optional). Cover with approximately 16 ounces of salsa. Any salsa will work. I like the chunky salsa because it gives you chunks of peppers and tomatoes! Cover with lid and cook for 4-6 hours on a medium setting. Shred chicken and mix! Serve with your favorites... cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, guacamole! These are SO good!!!

Skillet Method:
Put 3-4 chicken breasts in a deep skillet or pot, cover chicken halfway with water. Add spices if you choose, I threw in salt, pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 2 hours over medium high heat. Drain water.
Add 2 cups salsa and taco seasoning. Cover and simmer for 1-2 hours.
(I switched pots here only because I wanted to use the one that I could just toss in the fridge when I was done)
