Just a slight twist on the traditional spaghetti... You can use any noodles you like... I used the garden style twirl noodles this time around...

Start by cooking your noodles... I used a 12oz bag of twirly noodles. Place half of the cooked noodles in a casserole dish.
Take a 1/4-1/2 cup of sour cream and spread over noodles. (Spread the best you can)
Top with the other half of the noodles and 3/4 of a stick of butter.
Top with spaghetti and meat sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
Remove foil, add cheese, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and grub-a-dub-dub!
Ingredients:

1 12-16oz package of spaghetti noodles
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 pound ground beef
3/4 stick of butter
1/4-1/2 cup of sour cream
8 oz shredded cheese, your preference (I used sharp cheddar)

Directions:

Brown ground beef until no longer pink, add spaghetti sauce and simmer. Cook spaghetti noodles according to package, drain. Place half of the cooked noodles in a casserole dish. Spread sour cream over noodles. (Spread the best you can) Top with remaining half of the noodles and 3/4 of a stick of butter. Top with spaghetti and meat sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil, add cheese, and bake uncovered for 15 minutes.
