Why am I so excited about this recipe? Because you CANNOT have bread on a low carb diet... bread=carbs. UNLESS you eat LOW-CARB bread! You can do so much with this bread... it has a heavier texture, almost like corn bread but when you don't allow yourself bread, this low-carb bread is heaven in a mug! MUG? Yes! You make this in a mug! Super easy... Okay you ready?
Now I use this ginormous coffee mug because I like my bread slices a little bigger... I like to feel like I'm eating a real sandwich!
Oh you know what else would go great on this sandwich? Mother fucking BACON! BOOM!
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
Spray a coffee mug or bowl with oil spray, throw in your almond flour, seasonings, egg, and baking powder. Mix that shit real good. Microwave for 90 seconds! That's it! :)
