1 pound ground beef
1 16oz tomato soup
1 16oz corn, drained (optional)
2/3 cup milk
1 cup salsa
Onion or Onion Powder (optional)
10-14 corn tortillas cut in 1 inch cubes
Preheat oven to 360 degrees.
In a skillet, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic, and onion (onion optional). Cook until meat is no longer pink. Add milk, soup, salsa, tortillas, and corn, if using corn. Mix well. Place mixture into casserole dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and top with cheese, bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool for 5-10 minutes.
