Oh dear coffee, coffee, coffee! There's nothing better than an iced COFFEE on a hot summer's day! Okay, there is a lot of stuff better but who's counting!? You can get very creative by making your own iced coffee at home. Let's face it, the price for a yummy, fattening iced coffee at coffee shops are ridiculous! Save some money and make your own! It's easy!
Melt in your mouth, chocolatey, chewy, can I have another, scrumptious, titillating (hehe)
These bad boys are OH so good!!!
1 pound hamburger meat
1 can chili beans
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 can corn
1 can green chilis
1 dry ranch packet
1 taco seasoning packet
Brown ground beef. Mix ingredients in a large pot and simmer for 30 minutes. If mixture is too thick, add 1 cup of water.
Easy, kid friendly, and delicious. This is sure to be a family favorite!
Brown rice is tricky to make. Here is a way to make brown rice without making a bowl of mush!
Just a slight twist on the traditional spaghetti... You can use any noodles you like... I used the garden style twirl noodles this time around...
This is by far (in my humble opinion) the easiest recipe ever! It's pretty damn tasty too! I just ate four of these bad boys for dinner! You can make this the easy way, or the easier way. This is a great crockpot recipe but I was short on time so I did the shortcut method.
I have been making this dish for my husband for several years now and it is still one of his favorites! He requested this for his Father's Day dinner... We love spaghetti (who doesn't) but after eating this, regular spaghetti tastes kind of blah! I usually use sharp cheddar cheese, this time I made it with mozzarella and it tasted a little bland. If you like more of a cheesy flavor try cheddar!
1 clove of minced garlic
2 Cups milk
3/4-1C parmesan cheese
1-2 heaping tablespoon sour cream
salt and pepper
Melt 2 tbs. of butter. Add 1 clove of minced garlic. Sautee for a minute and add 2 tbs. of flour. Cook for a minute or two, and then add your milk. (you are making a white sauce) When it comes up to a boil, whisk in sour cream, then parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper, and serve over your pasta.
Lasagna and Alfredo all rolled up!
