Fizzy Nails

I work in a profession where it is impossible to have long beautiful nails. I am constantly washing my hands, which weakens my nails, and my nails break all the time, so I never spend the money on manicures. I do, however, love cutesy nails every so often. Here is probably the easiest, yet adorable nail art! It looks like soda pop fizz to me!

You will need:
3 nail colors
Toothpick
Ball point pen

Paint you nails with your base-coat and allow to dry. Take your ink pen and dip it in your second color and make random dots along one side of the nail. Let dry.

Dip a toothpick in the third color and make random smaller dots.
