Mmmmm mmmmm mmmmm!
It's strawberry season! Who doesn't love these juicy, luscious, beautiful berries? Okay, well my husband does not like them. Pffft! My two-year old and I LOVE them! They are so good in cereal or alone... and even better dipped in CHOCOLATE! My toddler loves these berries but he has a hard time eating around the foliage. Here is a VERY fast and easy way to get rid of that green!

I ran across these yummy yogurt bites while browsing Pinterest one night and I knew they would be perfect for my 2 year old! He loves yogurt but he wants to eat it all by himself and it gets very messy! I like to put yogurt in Popsicle molds to make a frozen yogurt pop or I will freeze a "Gogurt", but these cute little bites are much easier to eat. Store in a baggy in the freezer and they are the perfect treat for little hands!
I love, LOVE, love lasagna! I made these rolls for dinner tonight and my 13 month old devoured his!
Lasagna Rolls are such a fun twist on the traditional lasagna. This recipe can be made in many different ways, add ground beef, ground turkey, tofu, spinach, mushrooms, even chicken. You can't go wrong! This is a perfect freeze and eat later recipe... you can freeze individual rolls on a cookie sheet and then place in a freezer bag.
This was the cake I made for my son's first birthday. It was so easy to make. I used food coloring to make the cake blue, added a few m&m's and fruit by the foot rollups for the bow and ribbon and voila... Super cute, fun cake that makes you smile!
Yum! I love enchiladas! This recipe was adapted from my sister in-law's enchiladas, I made a few tweaks to make it my own...
Tonight was a lazy night and I really didn't feel like cooking so I thought it would be the perfect time to dust off my crock pot... I had nothing in mind to make and just pulled random items out of the pantry and refrigerator and came up with this recipe.. It was pretty tasty! My hubster and I both had seconds and my 1 year old made a happy bowl! I didn't measure anything so I will try to get as accurate as possible.
You can add diced jalapeno for an added kick, I didn't add any because my 1 year old was partaking! This would be delicious with jalapeno corn bread... I served mine with big flaky biscuits and they were really good for soaking up the juice!
Okay, so I am definitely not a cake decorator but I did have fun making this cake with my 14 year old son for my stepson's birthday. The cake may not be pretty and it looks like we just slathered the frosting on (well we did)... but my stepson LOVED it and seeing the big smile on his face was pure awesomeness!
I found these Mini Burger Cookies at Betty Crocker's Website. Who came up with this idea? I mean seriously, this is a fat laden dessert in the guise of a fat laden BURGER!
