Okay, so I am definitely not a cake decorator but I did have fun making this cake with my 14 year old son for my stepson's birthday. The cake may not be pretty and it looks like we just slathered the frosting on (well we did)... but my stepson LOVED it and seeing the big smile on his face was pure awesomeness!

We all loved this cake... how cool is it to decapitate a dragon and eat it's head or rip out it's eyes and crunch them between your teeth? I know my boys thought it was pretty damn cool! I must say, I am so happy my son loves to help me in the kitchen. Every time we make something together his cooking skill goes up a few points! (yea like on WoW... big nerd!).

Take time to make memories with your kiddos and cherish every moment with them!

Way to go! You did so much better than I could even dream of doing. My cakes all come from the bakery section of Target, I'm not a cook at all.
