1/4 cup milk
1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
1/2 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup all purpose flour
oil, for frying
Ranch dressing, to dip
Heat skillet with 1/2 inch of hot oil.
In a small bowl, whisk egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and 1 Tablespoon flour.
In a large bowl, combine 1/2 cups flour, garlic powder, paprika and chili powder, salt, and pepper. Dip pickle slices in the egg ingredient bowl, then the flour ingredient bowl. Place gently in hot oil until lightly browned. Turn and brown on the other side.
Remove from oil and place fried pickles on a paper towel covered plate, then enjoy! Dip in Ranch dressing for extra yum!
Hi! Cool recipe! I think I want to try this today. One question.. which pickle is the best tasting in this recipe? I have both bread & butter chips and regular dill pickles... maybe I'll just try a little of both...
I have only tried dill pickles!
Great post, thank you.
Hey, your recipe was awesome, but it would be nice if you decluttered your blog! With the left side bar, and the bottom bar, I had to position the text between them to even read it...not very user friendly!
Very informative article. Thanks very much for sharing this interesting post. Keep updating
