If you are on a keto or low carb diet I KNOW you have had dessert cravings! This chocolate bark is easy to make and just sweet enough to curb the sugar addiction!
I will get straight to the recipe without my boring life details! I have impressive sugar benders at times and this little treat does do the job!
I double the batch and use cute little molds but you do you! This will need to stay covered in the freezer!
Ingredients:
1 T butter 1 T peanut butter 4 T coconut oil 2 T cocoa powder 1 tsp stevia (or use your preferred sweetener of choice, amount may vary) 10-12 pecans, chopped (optional) Directions: Melt coconut oil, butter, and peanut butter. Add sweetener and cocoa powder and mix well. Pour into mini mold or onto a plate lined with parchement paper. Top with pecans and freeze. If using plate, remove from freezer once hard and break into 8 pieces. Store in ziploc bag or airtight container in the freezer. Makes 8 sevings
Tips: For even lower carbs, Walmart sells an organic great value sugar free peanut butter with less carbs than regular peanut butter.
