Low carb jello shots?!!? What!? Even better... ZERO carb jello shots! This is a simple recipe for regular jello shots or zero carb jello shots. If you are on a low carb diet and want to have a fun drink then I got you covered!
Ingredients:
0.3 oz box of sugar free jello (or regular if you don't care about the carbs) 1 cup boiling water 1/2 cup cold water 1/2 cup vodka Directions: Empty jello packet into bowl, add 1 cup boil water. Stir until dissolved. Add 1/2 cup Vodka and 1/2 cup cold water and stir. Pour into 1 or 2 ounce plastic containers, shot glasses, bowl or whatever you have! Place in fridge until firm... Add a dollop of whipped cream if you want. Shoot it back or eat it with a spoon! Carbs: zero!!! (if using sugar free jello)
This is such a fun adult snack to bring to the party, get together, holiday event! I have been testing these out for Halloween this year (over a month away!) and so far the cherry tastes less alcoholy. I think a 1 ounce container will be better if you want a shot. Top them with whipped cream and sprinkles for a fun twist (use holiday themed sprinkles!)
Leave a photo of your favorite jello shot in the comments... Please like, share, follow, pin and all the stuff! Thanks for reading! Happy drinking!

Might be low carb but it will raise you insulin. SF Jello brand products have maltodextrin now. Maltodextrin has an extremely high glycemic index and causes major spikes in blood sugar and insulin levels when consumed. Maltodextrin's glycemic index is between 105 and 185, which is actually worse than white sugar's glycemic index of 65. Maltodextrin ranks highest on the glycemic index. Not safe for diabetics for sure.
